About Theisen
Theisen has been in Yakima since 1947. It started as a furnace cleaning business, passed from Sam and Dennis to Ryan and Lacey Cyr in 2023, and still answers the phone on the same four digits. Here is the record, in order.
Furnace cleaning
The business began with trucks. Theisen cleaned furnaces in Yakima, and the name was painted on the doors to prove it.
The shop kept its own archive. The white truck is lettered Theisen, FURNACE CLEANING, GL 2-4787, YAKIMA. A wooden service tag from the same trade reads Cleaned By THEISEN, with the phone as 24787 or 7598. Today’s number, (509) 452-4787, still ends in that 4787.
Sam and Dennis
Before 2023 the shop belonged to Sam and Dennis, and customers still name them first.
“I used Sam and Dennis at Theisen for the 25 years I lived in Yakima…”
Reviewers count their time with the shop in decades. One Angi reviewer, Darlene R., had used Theisen for 23 years. On Google, Leslie Van Guse wrote, “They have been our guys for 33 years!”
New owners
Ryan and Lacey Cyr took over. The current company, Theisen Heating A/C & Furnace Cleaning LLC, is registered with Washington L&I effective April 25, 2023.
Ryan is the owner, and customers describe calling him directly. Lacey runs the scheduling; one reviewer wrote that she “is very nice and was very accommodating.”
“Ryan and Lacey are great business owners and run a great operation!”
Horizon award
Theisen received the Horizon New Dealer Award at the 2024 GENSCO and American Standard dealer meeting.
Most of what the shop installs is American Standard equipment.
The shop
The shop is at 1014 N 34th Ave Ste A in Yakima, open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From there the crews cover Yakima, Selah, West Valley, Ahtanum, Moxee, Naches, Parker and Wapato. Calls go to the office first, where Lacey handles scheduling.
The work is what it was in 1947, plus what came after: furnace and duct cleaning, heating, air conditioning and ductless mini-splits. The shop holds 5.0 from 83 Google reviews.
You may have met us at a home show. The booth has a navy table cover and an American Standard condenser on display.
WA L&I construction contractor THEISHC778J5 and electrical contractor THEISHC77815 (HVAC/R), both active to April 2027.
