What we do
Four kinds of work, one shop at 1014 N 34th Ave. Theisen started in 1947 as a furnace cleaning business. Heating, air conditioning and ductless work grew up around it, and the cleaning never stopped. Whichever door you come in by, the same office answers the same number: (509) 452-4787.
Heating
Winter lows here can average 24 degrees Fahrenheit, so a furnace that quits is a same-day problem. We repair and service existing heating systems, install new ones, and maintain them with inspections and troubleshooting before the cold arrives.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning repair and service, new system installations, and maintenance. Most of the equipment we put in is American Standard, from condensers to air handlers to heat pumps.

Also on the truck
Mitsubishi ductless systems that cool without ductwork. Installation, service and repair, and maintenance that checks refrigerant levels and electrical components. Reduced cooling, odd noises or unusual odors are the usual signs one needs a look.
This is the 1947 trade, and it is still in the name. Furnace cleaning and duct cleaning clear the dust that chokes airflow. One new homeowner had the ducts cleaned first, then called us back about a furnace that ran all the time.

Most of our installs are American Standard furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensers. Ask which model fits your house and your budget when we bid the job.
One thing we do not do: we don’t normally service gas fireplaces. A fireplace specialist will serve you better, and you won’t pay for a trip we can’t finish.
