Replacement jobs around Yakima, before and after
These are phone photos from real Theisen installs: the old unit as we found it, and the new one standing in the same spot. Nothing here is a manufacturer render or a stock shot. You can see the stained pads, the cluttered porches and the crowded closets, because that is the job.
Drag the handle on any pair to wipe from the old equipment to the new. Most of what we put in is American Standard, and the captions say so only where the brand is visible in the photo. Ryan and Lacey Cyr have run the company since 2023, and the office number is (509) 452-4787.
Inside the house
Furnaces and air handlers live in closets, garages and utility rooms, and the swap has to fit the space that is already there. Three jobs where the old equipment came out and the new went in.

Outside the house
Condensers and heat pumps sit on pads, pavers and risers along brick, siding and fences. Six more Yakima Valley yards, old unit on the left and new unit on the right.

More installs
Single frames from other jobs: heat pumps, a Lennox condenser, a Mitsubishi ductless head, a Generac standby generator, and a couple of rooftop units on commercial roofs. The two rooftop photos are small originals, so we show them small.

Since 1947
The same 4787 on the truck door
Theisen started as a furnace cleaning business in Yakima. These three pictures come from the company's own archive: the cleaning truck and a wooden service tag. The digits 4787 on the truck are the same digits you dial today, (509) 452-4787.
